Screen pinkout?

This problem started with the recent cold snap and now it's a issue that comes on and sets in every now and again. The screen becomes so pink you can't read it but if you restart the phone or reboot the screen it goes away..

Anyone else having this issue or know how to solve it permanently?

I had my screen come out green once. Tapped the power button to turn it off and again to turn it back on and it went away. Hasn't come back since, and this was maybe 3 weeks ago.

If it's a constant problem, get it replaced though.

I had it turn blue a couple times early on but it was when it was new and I was loading it up with apps and struggling to learn the phone quickly so I just chalked it up to either something I was doing, or some conflict with an app. I have not had the problem recur at all after the couple of times after getting it. But I also have not exposed it to really cold weather either.

I can't see it being the cold that brings the problem out. When I hope on my motorcycle, my phone goes in my chest pocket. It can reach down to 10 celsius, and still powers on just fine. I too just chalked up to an app conflict at the time, and have been fortunate enough for it to not happen again.

I haven't seen this, but I live in florida where the coldest it has been so far this year is 35 deg F. I suspect if it is a recurring problem that it could be a ribbon cable that attaches the lcd to the main board inside the phone is not seated well. When the temps get cold, metal contracts which could cause some intermittent connection losses if one of the ribbon cables is not seating properly. And yes, I had already disassembled and reassembled my Razr Maxx HD.

Is this what happened to you? (picture attached of what happened to me today). I got the device replaced from Rogers once, and now this is the second device on which this has happened.
