My Droid X's screen is not working properly. The bottom 1/3 of the screen is rolling,flickering so bad that I cannot use it. Any ideas on how to reset or cure the problem.

Have you tried pulling the battery and rebooting the phone? I doubt it'll help cure these specific symptoms but ya never know. Personally I'm thinking that your phone is having hardware issues. Do you have an extended warranty on the phone?
