Android Question

my phone is the kyocera rise, ronight my phone froze up so i took the cover off the back and took out the battery then put it back in and put the cover on. I then turned on my phone as i normally would, then when i tried to open my screen so I could do my lock pattern and open up my phone, it was just black. I don't recall doing anything to harm it other than maybe getting it moist. I think resetting it will work but i can't see anything on the screen other than the logo. any help besides getting a new phone or going to get it fixed?

Remove the battery. NOW!

Now, then. Put the phone into a jar of uncooked rice with the top screwed on. Leave it for at least a week. See if it works.

(You could use the alcohol drying method if you're brave, but a week in rice might dry out a "mist" phone.)

NEVER have the battery in a phone when it's so wet that you're dripping sweat. (It's even worse if you just brought the phone out from a cold air-conditioned building to a "so humid it's hard to breathe" outdoors. "Moist" and "phone" don't work well together.
