This happend to me yeasterday when my battery had 2-3% of energy. See the video:

My battery is very weak. It can't last even half a day with just normal usage. And when it gets to 2-3%, the display of the phone starts to loose on light and more. It happens when my battery gets weak. Is that a hardware problem or problem with a battery?
