Help Screen Problem?

I was using an app that flashes lights on my screen because I was playing soccer in the dark and my screen also has a big crack/hole in it and some sweat might have got inside but at first my screen was changing colors and flickering and now its black I can see some its not completely black its sort of a faded gray, so i'm not sure if the sweat caused it or the app all the buttons work i can use it but can't see nothing, i can see just enough to change the brightness and when i do the screen goes red????

Factory reset wi fix that issue minr was flickering blue
