screen problems

So Ive had my s4 mini for just under a month now and its started to act up a bit.

When I turn on the screen to unlock sometimes it doesnt list my carrier and doesnt say swipe to unlock. I cant open the phone. I have to turn off the screen and on again normally a few times before it come up normal and allows me to unlock it.

Any ideas? Any one else experiance this ever?

It's in warranty. Ask for a warranty swap.

I can't say I've heard of this error myself, but have you tried to do a hard reset? Sometimes when I have an annoying problem I just reset and usually it works. If you're under warranty, get it checked out.
