Screen Protector?

The screen protector I have came with the case i brought from Metro. I've noticed what appear to be two small scratches on my screen. I can see them but they dont feel rough at all. So is my screen protector doing its job or should I invest in a new one?
 
The Metro screen protectors are junk and scratch almost immediately. Ebay ones are hit or miss, you get what you pay for. I use Zagg now, more expensive but they hold up so you're not constantly replacing them.

3 Premium Clear Pre Cut Custom Screen Protector Guard for LG Motion 4G MS770 | eBay

They are very hard to scratch. I recommend to cut a little bit of it from 3 sides so it would be easier to apply it. They are made to fit the screen without any spacings from the sides, but it's very hard to do.

Please understand that I do not encourage you in any way to buy from this link. There are much cheaper deals on ebay and you can get single screen protector for around $2
 
why not use the screen protector that came with the phone? The only accessory I bought and received in the mail 2 days after I received my phone was a black generic gel case which I placed right over the phone with the plastic wrap screen protector that came with it.

The plastic wrap screen cover is still fully intact after a month, and I am thinking of putting a couple pieces of clear tape on the sides to make sure it stays that way for a lot longer. Otherwise, plastic wrap may do the trick... I am assuming that dirt can become trapped under those screen protectors, so I won't bother to buy one...

I had the original screen protector and It came off with in 2 days when I was pulling my phone out of the pocket.

I bought 1 protector for my Optimus M almost 2 years ago and it's still looks kind of good. I don't know how it happened but I got a huge scratch on my Optimus screen. If not for screen protector it would be on the screen and I have no idea how phone would react to it. It's for you to decide, but $2-3 spending is not hell of a lot to protect your investment.

Yep me too, waiting for Zagg. It looks like it's on the way, if you search for LG Motion it comes up as "coming soon" with a price but no link to order.
I do have a Zagg on mine right now, it's a universal one that I had on hand so I cut it to fit. The fit came out great, but some of the little imperfections that usually go away on these after a few days didn't this time. I may have mishandled it somehow when I was trimming it. So I'll be waiting for the official one to come out, hopefully soon.
