Why is my Samsung Alpha screen quiver? How to fix it?

Quiver? As in, it appears to shake?
When does this happen? On your home screens or in an application? How old is the device and has it ever been dropped or exposed to water?
Can you recall when this started? Perhaps after an Android Update, or after a reboot?
What have you done so far, if anything, to try and rectify the problem?
What android version (Lollipop, Marshmallow, Nougat) do you have, and what carrier are you on?

Any screen quiver sounds like a hardware issue.
Kinda what I was leaning towards also. Wondering if perhaps the OP dropped it or something.
