screen recorder? Screencast?

Anyone know of any screen cast or screen recorders that work for tab 3 8.0? I'm running a custom ROM CM11 4.4.2 Kk and my screen case worked perfect was using SCR, but after the last update on the ROM build screen cast no longer works.. I even down loaded the cyanogen screen recorder and that one lags real bad to, I do a lot of walkthrough and videos for game play and right now I'm having to use my s3 , anyone have any suggestions? I've tries about everyone in the market and only ones that work either have like a 2 min time or they lagg real bad which is no good, I would be greatful for some input, thanks guys
