My daughter dropped her HTC one s on her laminate flooring and the screen is pretty well smashed. Sent it to Vodafone for repair who have just sent text saying that it is outside warranty and will cost £100 to repair!
Just wondering if this is reasonable or are they trying it on?
Would appreciate recommendations for reasonable repair.
