Help screen resolution & firmware update

I don't know, maybe I'm ******ed, but this forum seems to be more confusing to navigate than anything I've ever worked with.
I'm trying to figure out my screen resolution on my Flytouch III, Superpad II so I might learn where to go ask about the latest firmware update.

Can someone please help me?

Download "android system info", It gives you a lot of info about your tablet.
you can also try "Android assistant".
If you have 1024 x 600 screen, and tablet is a disco or disco 10 model you can use one of tims roms @ SuperPad2 Flytouch3 Hybrid Tim Rom
If your tablet is 5 volt you shouldn't have any problems
