Help Screen Rotation

I wonder if persons are experiencing the same issue as myself but I haven't seen related threads. I cannot get the screen to rotate or consistently so. First off had the settings corrects and didn't work. Switched phone off/on and it works. Great, but it has stopped working again? Really quite annoying.

Rotation works fine for me, although I wish it were as flexible as my Nexus 7. If you lock the rotation, it only offers portrait. Some apps can override the rotation settings.
