Screen S4 is suddenly coloured yellow

During normal use my screen (locked and unlocked) is suddenly coloured with orange to yellow. After re-start up the normal locked screen will change after few seconds with the orange/yellow colour. Even images of the gallery are coloured.
Does anyone know what is going on. I can't find a kind of overlay or skin in the settings. Perhaps a virus or damaged screen?

Could you have reading mode on? It turns the screen in certain apps you pick orangy/yellow. It's under settings,my device,display.

Hello and welcome to the forums. Looks like you may have checked something in the development section . If you can't figure it out you maybe would want to perform a factory data reset . That will fix and reset your device .

Problem solved!
The images looked like a negativ. And that was a keyword for Google search. In menu/setting/my device/ accessbility the negativ colours was marked! After unchecked I got again normal screen. I'm wondering now how is it possible that this item was marked.
