how do you turn off the screen saver?

There is no screen saver as such.
If you want to stop the screen going off you can set the delay to 10 mins max in
Menu
Settings
Screen
Or keep it on all the time when charging in
Menu
Settings
Developer options
If you are referring to the lock screen you can set it to none so long as you are not using an app that requires the security
