I have a Virgin Mobile HTC EVO V 4G 3D and I was in the middle of a text message, and my screen just randomly went black. The 4 menu buttons at the bottom still light up, and vibrates when I receive messages and phone calls. I just cant see my screen. So I was wanting to know what or how i could get my phone fixed.
