screen Timeout not working on 4.4

Samsung Galaxy Note 3, Last week updated to OS 4.4.2; after that screen timeout is not working and screen stays on even after 15 seconds of inactivity to which it is set; this was never an issue earlier.
 
There are about 3 KK ROMs for the N3, with different mods for different carriers, so I suggest you contact whoever you got it from and see if it's a known problem with that ROM.
