I've had my Epic for a week and just put aside my legendary EVO 4G but, I'm experiencing a problem that I haven't found duplicated on any forum or thread so far.
At setup I set my screen to timeout in 30 sec. I installed Handcent, NoLock, Phone Weaver, Dolphin, Dragon Fly, and Gentle Alarm. I then noticed my screen on well past 30 sec so I checked the display settings and discovered the NONE of the times were selected. I selected 30 again and moved on with my life.
The same thing began to happen more frequently so I disabled notifications and anything that would turn the screen on. Still occurring.
It is a random problem that I can't narrow down.
