Can you guys help me on this matter? Really appreciated it.
My problem with the tablet happened just this week. When I clicked to launch any application which doesn't have its default app, such as clicking a link in email connecting to a browser, the screen turns grey and it stays that way (where usually a prompt of available apps should appear allowing me to choose from). But the tablet doesn't freeze as when I touch on anywhere on the screen, the greyed screen will disappear and nothing happens, it just goes back to the previous screen (email). This happens with other app too.
I even uninstalled newly installed apps thinking they may cause this, and even master reset my tablet, the problem solved but for just a while, and now it happens again
Here is the snapshot of the greyed screen (a prompt should actually appear) when I click on the link in the email.
