Screen vibrating

Anyne else having a problem with their screen vibrating? Mine started after an update was pushed out about a week ago. It was brief at first now is pretty consistant.

I haven't received any updates. Do you mean that the vibration setting is messed up? or that the actual screen is vibrating?
