Help Screen went to crap - likely to get replacement...?

My screen went to crap. Something in the colors went out. All I can do is post screen shots but it's really noticeable. I bought an Otterbox case today and it was working fine for hours when halfway through watching mlb.tv I noticed it looked fuzzy. Assumed it was a bad feed then quickly realized it was the whole phone. Rebooted several times. There were no changes other than the Otterbox which I even took off just to eliminate it. Same thing. Doesn't show against pure blacks but everywhere with color.

Very interesting. Too me the OS is reading it correctly but the display isn't displaying it correctly. I tried changing the settings under personalization and it's all the same.

If I could take a pic it would be easier to explain but I have a band of 4 green lines faintly going down the middle of the screen and about 3 of the same on the left and some other randoms. Then everything looks greyer and dimmer. It's definitely messed up.

The guy told me at the store when I bought the case you can't even get these anymore cause they stopped shipping them.
 
you have 2 options, try and find a store with stock to replace the phone (may have to wait a couple of weeks as i think what the store employee was on about was the customs seizure at the request of apple for infringement on something software related).

I think the one x is almost past that though.

Or speak to HTC direct and see what they can do. will probably a send off to have repaired job.
 
Went to the AT&T store and they found a store in state with one in stock and it's being shipped to my store for a replacement. They 100% agree my LCD is defective.
 
Well my screen isn't going crazy but it is seperating from the bottom of the phone and you can see the light inside. Did this a couple of weeks ago and I was able to snap it back. Now it is doing it again and is getting worse. I am going to try and take it back to an AT&T store tomorrow and see if they have any in stock in white.

Yea the store I went to was able to clearly tell mine was defective. The problem was finding my replacement. They had to have one shipped in from another store but it only took one day which was amazing. My replacement has been perfect. So take it in under your 30 days and they'll straight swap it for you.
