Help screen won't flip horizontal?

My screen no longer flips horizontal in chrome or the web browser when I turn the phone horizontal. Anyone know why?
 
In the notifications bar, when you pull it down, make sure the screen rotation button is selected - it will be green.
 
Reboot and it should work normally again. I heard it was a bug introduced in the update that brought us multi view. Happens to me from time to time.

No. It's an apparent bug with the latest firmware update. Rebooting device usually cures it. I have it happen on the odd occasion. It's annoying as I prefer using landscape for internet and split-screen. Portrait for note taking.

I just have to work with it until I know I can have some down time to reboot and not worry about missed phone call, etc while the device is 'down'.
