Wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I got my Zmax Pro last week, but only got it unlocked this past Fri, so it's only been a daily driver for the work week for 3 days now, 2 of those days it froze when the screen was off. If there was a notification the light would keep flashing, but the power button wouldn't get the screen to turn on, and the fingerprint sensor was non-responsive as well. In the end the only thing that could get the phone to work was holding the power button until it rebooted. Has anyone else run into a glitch like this? Not sure if an app is somehow causing it, or if my phone is just defective.
Also if my phone is defective, has anyone had theirs replaced, and how? Not sure if I can go back to the metropcs authorized detailer or if I have to contact ZTE about it, I've seen conflicting reports on this.
