While I am not aware of a way to mirror the Android screen to a PC (unless both are Miracast-equipped), there is an app called AirDroid that will allow you to control most aspects of your phone on the PC screen. If you get a text message, you can respond to it on the PC. You can move files back and forth between the phone and PC. It's actually very handy and I highly recommend it
