I have a .gif downloaded to my samsung W in videos and I want to move it to Live Wallpapers.Can any one help ?

Hi johnbear. Welcome to Android Forums. You can move the file in two ways. The easiest for me would be to download a file manager from the Play Store. I use Astro but there are many free managers that will work great. Once installed, you can then move files from one area of storage to another. Another method would be to connect your phone to your PC while the phone is in mass storage mode (not charge mode) You can then use your PC local browser to move your files.
