Help screenshot icon missing

after the update last I've noticed that the screenshot icon has disappeared from where it was at the bottom left of screen I want it back!

It did the same to me. Go settings, display, quick launch to get it back.

Hello all,

Today i upgraded the Android version (4.1.1) on my galaxy TAB 2 7", and after that my screenshot button was missing.

I've read here the tip to go to setting-display- quick launch, i did it... the problem is i dont have any quick launch option on display menu.

What can i do to have my screenshot back?

Mmm same tablet same problem .
I used screenshots all the time but don, t know how to get it back .
Don, t have quick launch in my settings .

you will have to press volume down and power button simultaneously for about 2 secs and then it will take the screenshot. to view screenshots go to gallery. also u can see the screenshot in the notifications drop down bar.

Thanks so much for the info it worked, just got the Jelly Bean (4.1.1) on my Tab and screenshot icon was missing !!

I tried this but it didn't work, I have samsung tab 7.0, the software updated on its own and my screenshot icon was lost..
