Help Screenshot in Jelly Bean??

I cannot figure out how to take a screenshot. I've followed all the methods I've found online - Hold power button then press home key, hold power button then press volume down, neither are working for me.

Try pressing and holding the power and home screen buttons at the same time. It definitely works on my Note.

Thanks Howard, I can get it to work now using that method. It seems to be very tricky timing-wise.

Yes, it can be a bit tricky. Glad you got it sorted though.

I found that a quicker way is to go into "settings" and then go to "motion" and make sure that it's on and then make sure that the box that says "swipe to capture" is checked. Then you just have to kind of cup your hand and swipe it from left to right across the screen that you want to capture.
