how do i take a screenshot with my new t-mobile concord??

1. If your phone has Android 4.0 or later press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons at the same time.

2. Some manufacturers have a special shortcut - check your manual to see if yours does.

3. If your phone is rooted you can install an app like Screenshot:

Just one more button combo to add, power+home buttons. The one mentioned above and this one are the two main button combinations for screen shots.
