Hey guys, so lately whenever I take a screenshot and from the notification bar I press on share, it opens up Instagram, not the options to select which app I wanna share it with. Can anyone help? Thanks!

You probably checked "Always" at some point when selecting which app to use.

Go to "Apps" in settings, find your Instagram app and tap it to bring up its information. If it has been set as the default tap the "Clear defaults" button and you should be back to normal.

In that case we need more information, like exact Android version and whether rooted or not, that sort of stuff so users of that configuration can offer meaningful suggestions.

Has anything important changed recently that may account for the changed behaviour? I use stock (rooted) 4.3 on my Nexus 4 and I don't have Instagram installed, so if you have something else I can't offer much more other than to suggest you try uninstalling Instagram (you can always reinstall it again later) and see if that helps.

Sometimes when I take a screenshot, I can see a little guy inside my phone and I think he wants out.

Try uninstalling (or freezing) instagram and then sharing a screen shot to see what happens.

I'd try Settings > Applications > (Menu) > Reset application preferences. That will clear out all the defaults, but will make sure that nothing gets automatically chosen for you.
