Help Screenshots blurry

I just got my S3 yesterday and whenever I take a screenshot it's completely blurry - can't even be read by the people I send them to. I've tried both ways to take a picture and neither works. Any suggestions? I use this feature frequently.

I was having that issue while using GO SMS and I was able to fix it by going to the GO MMS settings and making sure that the box for "preserve image resolution" was checked. If you're using a different messaging app there may be a similar setting that gives you that option.
