Help Screenshots in store

Hello , i am really sorry if i am writing in wrong place, but i need help, my english is not my mother language thats why plz dont get angry at me, becouse i need advice.. Problem is that when i open Play store on my samsung galaxy S3, i dont see screenshots for program what maybe i would like to get... it shows Cant open screenshot, try again, when i try again nothing changes... what should i do let fix it?

Don't worry about your English as I'm positive it is better than I could do in your native language.;)

That is an odd error as usually I only see that when my data connection drops. I'm assuming you are still connected as you are able to browse Play. I would try an clear data and cache in Play (Settings | Apps | All | Play) and see if that helps.

Post a link to the app. I'll see if I can see it. I could be a problem with the dev or with Play.
 
Post a link to the app in the play store. Or give me the app name and I will search for it on my PC and on my phone. Include the developer's name as well in case there are several apps with the same / similar name.:)

i am viewing this forum throught laptop, not throught phone App name is Play Store, i think it is something about google Play https://play.google.com/store?hl=lv

i hope for you this link will be showed in english becouse for me it translate automaticaly in my language , on my laptop it shows all images, but not on my phone...

at least it shows the same icon
 
It shows in your language, but I know how to fix that.:)

All of the images show for me.:confused:

For lack of a good reason why the screenshots don't show up on your phone, if you can see them from your laptop, you should be able to decide if you want the app. You can even push it to your phone from the laptop.

that mean i need logout from account on laptom and be logged in only throught phone? How i can move to the phone? Whit Kies? sory i am total dumb in smart phone, i get it as present from friends and for me it is like smart phone will be always smarter then me ha ha.. that i stole from my girlfriend words.. :) can you plz write me some instruction how i can get some program in my phone from laptop plz

No worries, we were all new at this at one point or another.:)

When you are in Play on your computer, there will be a link on the top right (I think) to log in. Use the same username and password you used when you set up your phone. Once logged in on our computer, you can simple open an app in Play and click Install at the top of the page.

ok thx it works, but the reason why on my phone dont show images?in Play store?
 
That link is to the Play Store itself, I'm looking for the link to the app in play store you are having trouble with.
 
Very odd that the one app won't let you see the screenshots. I can see them on that app plus the paid version with no problem on my phone and on the web browser. We may have to write this one off as an internet malfuntion:dontknow:
