When people send me screenshots in messaging app they are blurry. Anyone else experience this and is this a known issue

Could be on their end and not yours.......maybe a bad download on your end. Does this always happen or occasionally? Are you doing this on wifi or cellular?

Happens sometimes
is it consistently the same people? or happens with random people? again what about on being on wifi or cellular?
