Launcher Pro Plus with Minimalistic Text and Desktop Visualizer, all available in the Market.

Then, I moved on to this:

Hey dude your phone looks cool as hell. I got my continuum for christmas and it's my first smart phone. I am usually pretty good at figuring stuff out on my own but could you help me out on how you get your phone to look like that??

For the first one, I used the directions found here. Plus "minimalistic text" from the market for the clock.
