Is there anyway we can do this? The Samsung double tap feature doesn't really work on facebook and other apps. And whIle were at It, can we scroll all the way down? Please help.

Oh wow. More negative points. Stupid things like that are what move me to switch phones.
You just need to get used to it. Android features scrolling acceleration, a couple of quick flicks will get you up/down a list in no time.
