Is there a way of being able to get to the top or bottom of a page without lots of finger-flicking?

Doplhin HD browser gestures could be your friend. Not a solution for every program obviously but it works for me for surfing.

I have custom gestures for specific websites which work well too

With Opera, if you flick in one direction it will display an icon which will zip to the top or bottom. No idea how to do that with Chrome.
