SD and pc access issues

I am new to this so called smart phone, I had a blackberry for 10 years and the company forced me to get my own phone. I have a ZTE N860 and it will not recognize the 2GB sd card it came with or the 4GB card I have info on, further more I am not able to access from my PC. GIVE ME BACK MY BLACKBERRY OR BETTER YET MY OLD FLIP PHONE! Help!!
 
Bring the phone into the carrier (it's under warranty) and ask for help getting the phone to recognize the card.

As far as the computer recognizing the phone, you have to install the ZTE Android Driver in your computer.

As far as I'm concerned, give me phone booths, a pocked full of nickles and some automats.
