sd card cannot read

my huawei y 100 ascend wont read my sd card and its always telling me sd card not available how do get it to read the sd card? i have tried reseting my phone and also restarting it but nothing still won't read the sd card
 
First I would try your SD card in another device or try a new sd card in your device to determine whether the SD card is the problem. If the SD card is corrupt, you could try formatting it in a PC. If that still doesn't work then I would replace the SD card.

If no sd card will work in your phone, I is likely a hardware failure and you will need to get the phone repaired or replaced through your carrier or manufacturer.
