Help SD Card consolidation of files

I just got my Razr which is now rooted and took my SD card from my rooted Droid X and inserted it into my Razr so I could use Titanium Backup and restore my apps and data onto my Razr. This worked great but now there are a lot of folders on the SD card from both phones and I want only the folders for the Razr. For example SD card>Pictures and SD card>DCIM>Camera contain the same pictures. And there are folders with the names of apps named "Samsclub" and "kindle".

1. How do i know which folders that the Razr uses vs the Droid X?
Which can be deleted?

2. If I delete the folder named "Samsclub" will this also delete the app?

I am thinking I could back up the SD card to my PC, format the SD card move Titanium Backup back onto the SD card and run the batch file to restore the apps. Then move the pictures/ringtones from the PC back to the SD card to the proper folder on the Razr. Am I thinking right or is there an easier way to do this?

1. Connect the phone in storage mode to a PC and check modification dates on those folders.
2. Deleting app folder will not uninstall it, but may delete some data the app will need.

Thanks Szadzik!

When I connect the phone to the PC two windows open. Why 2? One MOT (F) 7.57 of 8 GB free and the other MOT (H) 12.1 of 14.8 GB free (is this my 16 gig SD card?)
both "drives" have folders with recent mod dates and older mod dates. Do I delete only the older mod dated folders from both "drives??

Your drive F: is internal storage, drive H: is the SD card.
I'd suggest only deleting folders off the SD card, some of those are the ones that came from the previous phone. Anything on your drive F: has only been created/updated by the Razr, so it would be best to leave it alone.

mhotovec- Thanks for the clarification. I will delete the old folders and from the PC, format the SD card and copy the folders back onto the SD card then re-install the SD card into the Razr. Thanks again
