New to Android and therefore new to this forum. Got my HTC Sensation XE couple of months ago and it has worked just fine. The problem came yesterday when I installed 4.0.3. After installing the phone asked me that it was necessary to encrypt my SD Card referring to Exchange policy. My IT manager says that there is no Exchange policy, and therefore it should not interfere. But it still has, since I cannot access any of my file on the card. All pic`s, videos, etc do not show in gallery at all, and if I take a pic today it will appear in gallery sometimes, but not always. All other media has disappeared. I have a backup that are some weeks old, but I do not have a fresh one. Would like to find my pic`s back if anyone can help me.
HTC says that they do not know what it is, but that they work on it at this moment.
Can it be for real that the card has been deleted? If I check available memory on the card it says 14,83 GB on a 16 GB card. I had approx 5 gb pic/video on it.
