SD card error after Android 7 update

Hi, since the upgrade I've noticed this on my SD card. I had pictures on it now I can't access it at all. I've tried removing, restarting and replacing but no change. Any ideas ?

Presumably the phone was on 6.x Marshmallow before the 7.x Nougat update. Did you have the SD as adoptive storage, which effectively extends the internal storage, and is a feature of Marshmallow on some devices. Did the update reset anything to factory defaults?

Looks like there's data on there, but it can't be read by the phone. Have you tried the SD in a PC or Mac, see if anything is readable that way.
