Root SD card getting corrupted on CM

Hey guys!

For some reason when I use CM my sd card isn't recognized when in recovery mode. It starts out fine but after a few reboots it stops allowing me to see the contents of the sd card, but only when in recovery mode. My setup is CM11 with TWRP recovery. I am also using the xposed framework. I occasionally Mount a USB stick in recovery and CM. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. It doesn't happen with any other ROM!

It sounds like you mean the internal storage right? As the nexus 5 doesn't have a true SD card.

Frankly, if its a buggy ROM I'd switch ROMS.

Yeah I mean the internal storage. And its the official CM ROMs
...as solid as they come. I was also thinking it could be that CM doesn't play well with multirom being that the internal storage has to be partitioned?
