Help SD Card Issue After ICS Upgrade

I got the official OTA ICS update this morning and after installing it I got a message that my SD card has been removed. I have rebooted a few times and this happens each time. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I'm no expert, but doesn't ICS use a different EXT partition format? Have you tried backing up the SD card to your computer and formatting it? Then put it back in the phone and allow ICS to format it in the preferred setup? I haven't tried yet, but I was planning on swapping out my SD card later today and this is what I plan to do. I don't currently have an SD in the phone, but no problems so far.
