SD card issues

Did you format the card as adoptable internal storage?
what exactly are you trying to do? play a video? pictures? what card are you using? does your pc see the card? the more details you can give us the better we can help.

Any card formatted by the phone as removable storage is not visible to the tv box. Card formatted same way by the box works fine with the phone. The phone is doing something but I have no computer right now so I can't see what.

Samsung won't allow that which is a bummer by the way. Just got a 512 gig card thought my memory problems solved but turns out not so.

Whatever the phone did I now have 3 cards and a 5tb drive that are only usable with the phone
support HDD, U disk, SD card of 32G....

Don't understand how it can read a 2tb external drive but not even see 128 gig SD card the phone has done something to the card but without access to a computer I can't reformat it.
A 128GB micro SD is the SDXC type. And it sounds like your box can only use the older SDHC type micro SD, which are only upto 32GB.
Your 2TB hard drive is connected via USB, which is different to micro SD cards, and doesn't have any capacity limits.
You could try an external SDXC capable micro SD reader connected via USB, that would probably work.

Did that but the phone buggered the card if I had format from the box probably would be ok.
