SD Card Issues

Used an 8gb SD card in my Captivate before switching to an Atrix 2. All was well until I upgraded to ICS. After the upgrade, I couldn't open any of my pictures or videos. They still showed file size but no thumbnail and when clicked it wouldn't show the picture.

I figured they were gone and started taking new pictures. They saved and opened just fine. One morning my phone was charging from a dead battery. During this I got a message that the files on my card needed to be encrypted (assume it was exchange doing this). While charging/encrypting, the phone was unplugged and shut off. When I turned it back on I got the message, checking SD card for errors and it never turns off.

Put the card back into my Captivate and it shows all of the files. The pictures that were taken when it was in the Captivate open, but those taken with the Atrix do not. I plug the Captivate into the PC and it shows the files with the same results. I reformatted the card on the PC while reading through the Captivate, but still get the same message when in the Atrix. Any suggestions?
