Help SD card keeps malfunctioning

I have a galaxy S3 from METRO PCS. my issue is that the SD card keeps malfunctioning. it works well for a while then all of a sudden its unsupported. is there anyway to fix this. it would make me so happy. I have a 32 GB SD card that i cant use. Its a Lexar Highspeed 32 GB Micro SD card. Help please

The card could be faulty. I would recommend getting premium quality SD card, like Sandisk Extreme / Pro range. They are more costly but very reliable.
Samsung phones are very particular and sensitive about the cards you use. So far I never experience a problem once, using them on my two S4s, S3 and Note 2.
