Sd card mem still disappearing clean cache no help

Trying again to get an answer here. Need expert tech help. I have SGS2 Epic 4g Touch. Without downloading anything, internal sd card is losing 10 or more mb a day. I empty caches and delete mail and call logs but the decline in sd storage is predictable and steady. Can anyone tell me what is dumping data into the sd card? I got Clear Cache apps, and even began deleting some apps.
It's just a matter of time before internal sdcard is full and useless. Help me out guys.

Have you downloaded Lookout? (Or a similar program) It will scan all your programs to see if any of them are causing a problem.

Besides this suggestion I would backup my stuff from the card and format the card not add anything on it and see whats taking up the space. A simple look around with a file explorer should be good enough to allow you to view where your space is going. Look for those folders you know you didn't create and check all program folders. Physically monitor them if need be.

Many thanks to those who contributed. Through Lookout, I found a cache cleaner and from the second contributer, I physically found folders from apps long since uninstalled.
AND, I did something inspired by both suggestions and highly recommend it to all Android isers. I went into the app list and sought out apps that may collect a cache, ie mobile dating apps etc. Lo and behold. Plenty of Fish was secreting almost a gigabyte of cache not visible in app management. I simply opened the app and pressed the Android menu button and checked settings on POF. Bingo. 919 mb not shown or removed from any other method.
Also, with Dolphin browser, X out to the home page and click the back button till a tiny box pops up with clear history and cache options. Check both and hit the Back button. This cache was not cleaned by cache cleaners or app management.
