ok so I had a hauwie ascend 1 and I brought it in to get fixed 2 weeks ago. Well yesterday my husband went to go pick it up and they said they couldn't fix it beause they don't make the parts anymore. The guy gave me another Ascend 1 and the memory card that went to my original isn't fitting into this one i thought being the same phone it would fit???

Quite right, a microsd slot is a microsd slot, so the card should fit. Do you mean that it physically won't go into the slot, or that it doesn't work when in?
