Ok so 2 days ago my Play was working fine. I had it connected to the PC to charge (I hadn't connected the momory card). Someone called me so I unplugged it to ansewer.
After I was done I saw there was a notification telling me my SD Card is blank or has an unsupported file system. I tried restarting the phone and made sure the back is on properly. I then tried wiping the card and reformatting it but that didn't work either.
Next I decided to try it with a new card (thinking the actual SD card was the problem) so I brought a new class 10 32GB one off Amazon which came today. Doesn't work. I also found out that the old card is fine (the new one comes with an SD/USB adapter) even though I thought I'd wiped it all the old data was still intact.
My last resort was to factory reset the phone hoping it would fix whatevers gone wrong but even that hasn't fixed it.
I've tried everything I can think of except trying to run a repair via PC companion (which doesn't work unless there's an SD card in the phone, which there is but isn't reconised) =/)
Anyone got any idea's what might be wrong before I just take the thing back?
