Help SD Card Problems MT4G

I've been having problems with SD cards...

I have the MyTouch 4G, and the SD card that I originally got with the phone had huge space, but it stopped working after I'd only had it about a week.

So, I got a new, smaller SD card and I haven't had any problems until now.

I put audio files on the card and then take them off, adding different ones. But this time, I took the files off, and when I went to put more on, it says that it's full, when I know it's not.

Is there anything I can do? I really don't want to have to buy aother card, like last time.

I would take the larger card you have and put it in a card reader, plug it into the PC and format it to fat32, I have a 32gb sd card in mine and have yet to have an issue with it.
