SD Card problems

Ok i've just recently brought a Galaxy S Advance and a 32GB SD card which is fully capatable with this phone. I recently start having messages such as "SD card removed unexpectedly"and now "Blank SD card"
I have tried another card and it seems to work ok.

First, try reformatting the card using your computer. May help
More likely, the card is corrupted. If you got it off Amazon, it may be a knock off "bulk packaging" card. Those are not nearly as good as cards purchased from the manufacturer. Return it and hope for the best on the next one.

I don't think it is a defective card, because to many people are having the same issue. But nobody knows what to do about it.

If it's bought online (specifically Amazon), that explains it perfectly. Of course people will try to save money and buy a 32gb SD card for $12. That's a reason it is so volatile and prone to being defective. There is a reason they're so cheap.

Yeah deffo off amazon, i've gave it back now and waiting for a new one. I don't know if its a side effect cos i recently rooted my phone and thats the only problem i seem to have. Might be or not, ain't really into rooting/flashing phones
