Help SD card random unmount

I have a 32 GB SD card and it randomly unmounts itself and randomly mounts a while later. Anything I can do to fix it?
 
You can check 2 things.

Pull it out and make sure the contacts are clean. If they are not use a pencil eraser and clean them.

Make sure it is seated tightly. If you drop the phone every now and then it can jar the sd card loose.
